They are friendly, helpful, and polite, and will assist with anything you need help with. Check in and check out were super easy, and room was cleaned each morning. We had never stayed here before, but were left impressed by Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama.”

“We came here for the biking and loved this hotel. It’s not easy to get to by public transport. You’ll want a taxi. The rooms are nice and large by Japan standards. The food was amazing. You don’t pick from a menu but they serve many different kinds of food. It is seafood focused. So if you don’t like seafood it might not be the place for you. We love Japanese style food so we were amazed. Definitely a highlight of our trip. ”
